Acewincuci Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Casino Platform Rules

These acewincuci Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. Continued use of the acewincuci platform after the amendment date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acewincuci reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform members of material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. It is the member's responsibility to review the latest Terms regularly.

To register and use the acewincuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically located in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any relevant regulatory body.
• Have never had an acewincuci account previously closed due to a terms violation.
• Register for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.

Acewincuci reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend existing accounts where there are doubts regarding an applicant's eligibility. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) acewincuci account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited. acewincuci uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate registration attempts.

As the account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Ensure your password is kept secure and not shared with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify acewincuci immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring your profile information is always up to date and accurate.

Acewincuci is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Multiple active accounts under the same or different names or identities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acewincuci, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Acewincuci's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Members may close their acewincuci account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and any real cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal, subject to KYC review.

Acewincuci reserves the right to suspend or close an account with or without notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Submission of false information during registration or KYC.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected on the account.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Acewincuci reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material amendments via in-platform notices at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration or the relevant court.
